Aamir Khan has recently confirmed that he will be doing the remake of the Tom Hanks movie Forrest Gump.
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is known as Mr. Perfectionist for all the good reasons. The actor not only takes up some amazing roles in his movies but also makes serious efforts in making his character look realistic in the movies. There have been many instances in the past when Aamir had underdone body transformations for movies such as Ghazini, Dhoom 3 and Dangal. The 54 year old actor has recently confirmed that he will be doing a film which is going to be a remake of the famous Tom Hanks movie Forrest Gump. The Dhoom 3 actor recently revealed that he will be losing around 20 kilos for portraying the young version of Tom Hanks in the movie.
According to reports, the Hindi version of the movie has been named as Lal Singh Chaddha. Forrest Gump is a famous classic Hollywood film which was released way back in the year 1994. Aamir will be acting in the Hindi version of the movie which is going to be directed by Advait Chanan. Aamir revealed about his character in a recent book launch event where he said that he will be undergoing body transformation under the guidance of a reknown nutritional biochemist, Mr. Dhurandhar, under whom he had undergone transformation for Dangal too.
The movie, Lal Singh Chaddha will be hitting the theatres by the time of Diwali 2020. The upcoming project will be co – produced by Viacom 18 and Aamir Khan himself.[embedded content]
